If, like me, you have a kid who loves to drink colour sweetened water and reject dull old plain H2O, which gets us (the mummy) all too worried about his/her health, below are smarrt asss way to get them to drink some healthier coloured waters.
#1: Iced Green Tea
Keep a bottle of packet brewed (like lipton) green tea in fridge and anytime, he/she needs a drink, it's ready!

#2: Ice Lemon-ade
Freshly squeeze lemon juice and store it in a tupperware. Keep constant supply of icy cold water in the fridge. Whenever mummy wants to feed the kids, it's ready. Just add the lemon juice into the cold water and *ta-da!* Lemon-ade!
The trick is to use cup size GLASS bottle! I can't stress the importance of it being GLASS bottle more. Glass bottle has the effect of making the drink colder and 'shioker' than plastic or ceremics.
