2009

I din't even know that 2009 ended. wooh! I din't even feel it.

For so many years, this is one good year that I wish it will not move forth into 2010 so quickly. For the sake of my own memory, here's a recount of wadda happened in 2009.

January : ~First Business Trip to Australia (Sydney) - which was a great way to stay in luxurious hotel, spending pple's money on great food, you name it. Dine at Sydney Observatory tower, in Opera house, along an exquisite pier.

~ First experience on Business Class with Qantas - in the end, comparing to economy class, it's an in-flight bed, just not a chair. That was the difference for me. Swapped for Conrad to sit in Business class on the way back. I was much happier tucked away in a tiny aisle economy seat, where screen was nearer and everything within hand-reach. In biz class, i have to stretch for everything!

~ First love with Surfing @ Manly Beach - and I hope the love will last for a long time to come. Read the Surfing book we bought from Manly Surf School and guess what i saw on the first page, signed by my first surf coach? 10 Jan 2009!

~ First encounter with Koala Bear & Kangaroo! cutie animals!

February : CNY + Romantic Valentine's Celebration @ one of our first fine dining restaurants - White Bait & Kale! ~ First time being JieMei for XinYing!! FUN!!

March : Send Madeline Tay off @ Airport for her 1/2 year NZ tour!!! *envious*

April : ~ First Musical in Esplanade - CATS! First row seat with great view! Cats even crawl in front of me!

May : ~ Cousin's wedding! One of my favourite biao-ge!! Follow to snatch bride with mommy & back!

June : Darling's Bday - Go-Karting in JB!! He loves it!

July : My Bday - Bali Trip! 2nd Surf of the year! oohh.. love seminyak, love lounging at kudeta, love the resorty feel, love the dessert!!

August : ~ First 3D movie - UP with Madeleine Tan (fave galfren!)

Sept : 2nd Business trip to London!! woohooo which totally comes as a surprise!!!

Oct : ~ First Arsenal Game in Emirate Stadium! ~ First time in Italy - Venice & fell totally in love with that romantic city! every inch is a book out of a fairy tale! every hues of the sky was perfect! every melody from churches and street busking feels the world with love! ~ Sold off esplanade STOMP tickets for STOMP in London! Back in time for Justin & Ying's wedding as unofficial photographer!

Nov : ~ First time as wedding emcee, pairing with Conrad, for the blissful union of Alwyn & Ruijing!

Dec : ~ First time dancing in wedding march-in special item for Junhao & Germaine's wedding! ~ First wedding in KL specially for Weicheng! Crazy preparation for mine - loads of crazy stuffs! ~ First time to be on leave for 1 full month!

Jan 01 : My ROM celebration! Funny, Laugh like mad, pass by like a wind, hungry like a cow, emotional like high & low tides, blissful like a cloud, blessings like never before at the rom ceremony look from JP, tears like tap during daddy's speech. I wanna be the princess & I found my prince! Counting my blessings, 1,2,3...
