A 50sq metre house (~530sq feet) rent cost euro 2000 = Hkd 22,000 = Sgd 3,500 = Rm 7,000. @___@.
Don't think I can afford such exorbitant rental myself. Even if husband n I work our ass off, we still can't afford.
Wonder how those middle n lower income groups survive the pressure?
Similar to major cities, the rich poor parity gap is as big as distance to antartica.
Their rich can afford to ship in a car n fly it to another country for repair. Fly out to Europe for weekend. Buy properties around the world as he likes.
